• This is a rural property with some unfenced damns in the distance, children should be supervised at all times.

• There are electric fences on the property, please use the gate access when walking to the river and be cautious around the fences.

• The property runs on rainwater, so we kindly ask that you use water mindfully during your stay.

• EighteenOnTonto is a family-run, working farm. Beyond the fence, there is a shed and horse stables that are not accessible to guests.

• The office inside the house is a private room and is also not accessible.

• Sean is our go-to person for any issues related to the house or property. His contact number is on the fridge, and you may also see him around the property from time to time.
